Run IPTV in VLC
Use VideoLan's VLC media player to stream and run IPTV, the IP-based television service, to watch TV shows from all over the world. Normally, IPTV is viewed with the media player on the IPTV website. However, the newer versions of VLC allow you to stream TV from IPTV through the VLC player if you configure the player correctly. Download the free VLC player for any operating system from Videolan.org.
Open the VLC media player.
Click the "Media" button in the top navigation bar to display the File menu.
Click on the "Open Network Stream" option.
Click the radio button next to the "HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS" option and then copy/paste an iptv url link.
Click OK." The playlist opens in VLC and the channel list in the left pane.
Click a channel in the left pane, then click the "Right" pointing arrow at the bottom of the display screen to play the channel.
